By commissioning me for my services, you agree that you have read and accepted all the following terms and will comply with their contents in good faith.

Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

You are expected to first review my base prices before contacting me.

I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The version in effect at the time your commission is accepted will apply to your project.

Clients who do not respect these terms may not be eligible for future commissions.

You must be at least 18 years old to request a commission.

I retain the right to reject any order for any reason.

I only accept a limited number of slots at a time. I do not offer waitlist spots.

I aim to keep the commission process fair and comfortable for everyone. Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for or reserve a commission is not tolerated.

All of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the artwork's "intellectual property" that you, the client, are purchasing. Nothing is ever intended to be physically shipped to the client, nor am I required to ever ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.

You agree that by sending payment you are purchasing a digital, non-tangible item and waive your right to chargeback for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or failure to read the Terms of Service.

Prices are in USD and payments are to be made through PayPal.

Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission and have confirmed payment.

I offer payment plans, about which you may inquire for more information.

Generally, payment will be made 50% upfront followed by 50% after the sketch.

I will initiate transactions via Paypal.me to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission and have asked for payment.

Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission.

I reserve the right to make changes to your request as I see fit unless otherwise discussed. A Notion table will be sent to you with the full quote.

If your character is extremely detailed (frills, chains, long hair), I reserve the right to charge a fee to include these details. This fee will be stated before the payment.

You hold the right to make minor changes to your request (details, colors) before the payment is made.

I typically take 1-3 days to respond to an order inquiry via Google Forms.

You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission, which must be disclosed prior to payment. This deadline must not be changed after the payment has been made.

I reserve the right to decline a project or charge a fee (at least 25%) if there is too short of a time allowance.

If a due date is established, it is the client's responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery imposed by this.

No harassment over my work speed is tolerated. You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

I work on commissions depending on the project I am most comfortable with at the moment.

The client is NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

I can guarantee a refund ONLY BEFORE I begin working.

Refunds may not be requested after I start the sketch.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

If a payment plan has been agreed on and I have already started the commission after the first deposit, I will not refund the deposit if you back out of the payment plan.

Purposefully issued chargebacks without contacting me prior will result in immediate blacklisting, your loss of any copyright over my work, public warning, and may be pursued legally.

If your PayPal account malfunctions, you must contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

I will send a work in progress image after the complete payment has been made.

It is your responsibility as the client to ensure your order contains all the details you want me to follow. I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished piece or model if no feedback was given to amend it.

Any additional work or requests not explicitly agreed upon at the time of commission (including extra poses or additional expressions) will be subject to a new quote and may be refused.

Revision requests must be specific and actionable. Vague dissatisfaction or emotional reasoning will not be accepted as grounds for unpaid revisions.

Two major revisions (clothing/pose) are allowed during the sketch phase. Only small adjustments within reason can be made afterward (change eye shading, mouth shape). Any other revisions will require compensation.

Two MAJOR revisions are allowed during the sketch phase of the model illustration.

MINOR revisions within reason are allowed throughout the process. No major changes (ex. redoing physics, hairstyles) will be accommodated for once the model has been completed.

Any changes to the character will be subject to a fee, which will depend on the difficulty of the change.

After the model is completed, ONLY BUGS/RIGGING ISSUES that I did not notice during testing will be tended to free of cost. Any bugfixes or adjustments requested after the commission is complete will be handled at my discretion and may incur a fee, except in the case of clear errors on my part reported within 7 days of delivery.

Minor changes, such as color adjustments, are allowed if the inaccurate elements are a result of my overlooking and amends have already been requested by the commissioner.

If the model illustration was approved before rigging, any inaccuracies are the client's responsibility to notice and request amends for before rigging began. Any changes will incur an additional fee depending on the nature of the change.

I do not provide .psd, .clip, or any layered/source files by default. If you require source files, this must be requested and agreed upon before payment, and will incur a significant additional fee. Redistribution of source files is strictly prohibited.

I accept commissions based on my preferences and what I am comfortable working with (not FCFS).

Out of respect for me as the artist, please refrain from constantly checking on the progress of the piece or model - I will constantly update you on the process of your commission, don't worry!

If the client is unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project will be considered abandoned, and I am not obligated to provide further support, files, or revisions.

While I value all my clients, I maintain full independence over who I choose to work with. Requests to influence or interfere with my professional relationships with other clients or to limit my professional collaborations may result in the refusal of future commissions.

The commissioned piece may be used for personal reasons, such as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, etc.

I reserve the right to sign and watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image, but my signature will remain on all resolutions of the artwork.

You must always credit me as the creator in all public uses of my work. If my artwork or models are used on any public platform, clear credit must be displayed in an easily accessible location (e.g., bio, description). Removal, alteration, or misattribution of credits constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in takedown requests.

You may not edit, recolor, modify, or commission third parties to alter my work (including rigging or asset modifications) without my written consent. Unauthorized edits will result in immediate blacklisting.

DO NOT sell or profit from my work (via merch, resale, or redistribution) unless commercial price has been paid.

DO NOT modify my work or claim the work as your own.

My designs cannot be traced, resold, heavily referenced for new models, or used to create derivative works without permission.

Under no circumstances do I allow my work to be used or turned into a non-fungible token or to be uploaded to any AI training database or service, including but not limited to AI art generators, style transfer models, or prompt libraries.

I retain the right to post the finished work on my SNS accounts (X and Instagram)

Whether I can stream the process or post WIPs is your decision. This does not impose an extra fee as long as I can share the finished product. If you require a delay in posting for debut purposes, this must be discussed and agreed upon before payment.

I am not responsible for any moderation, takedown, or platform compliance issues relating to your use of the model or artwork. No refunds will be issued for content removed by third-party platforms.

If you do not wish for me to share the work at all, an NDA fee depending on commission type is required.

Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I preserve most files for up to 3 months. I am not obligated to re-deliver lost files after that period, and repeated re-delivery requests may incur a fee. It is your responsibility to save any information, images, and other data I provide.

I ask for kindness and professionalism in all our communications. Clients who repeatedly act in a disrespectful or disruptive way, or violate these terms, may not be eligible for future commissions.

After you have paid for the work, I will not profit from it further. Unless otherwise agreed upon (via NDA), I retain the right to feature completed commissions in my portfolio, on commission sheets, and for promotional purposes.
