Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all these terms.

• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
• I only accept a limited number of slots at a time. You may ask to be added to a waitlist (DM)

Payment

• USD via PayPal is the only form of payment I accept. I use https://paypal.me/ for most transactions!
• (Illustrations) Payment can be made 100% upfront or 50% upfront followed by 50% after the sketch.
• (VTuber Models) Payment can be made 100% upfront or 50% upfront followed by 50% after the sketch/before I start rigging. For models over $700, I provide a payment plan (please ask for more info)
• Changes or refunds may not be requested after approval of the sketch (detailed illustrations and rigging work is more flexible in terms of revisions, but big changes will cost extra).
• Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a block, your loss of any copyright over my work, and a "beware post".

Process

• When commissions are open, I will be accepting DMs (will be announced on Twitter + Instagram).
• You will receive a reply within 36 hours if I accept your commission. I will also follow up with a link to a form with all the important info! Don't worry if I don't accept yours - I have limited slots! You can always apply next time.
• I accept commissions based on my preferences (not first-come, first-serve).
• Out of respect for me as the artist, please refrain from constantly checking on the progress of the piece. This only adds unnecessary stress to the process! I will update you as I work on it, don't worry (╯▽╰ )
• Illustrations may take 1 week to 1 month, while Live2D commissions may take anywhere from 1-4 months. If I cannot complete it within this time frame, I will be sure to let you know.
• If you want a rush order, it will cost extra (DM me for more info!)

Usage Rights

• You, the buyer, reserve the right to use the commissioned piece for personal use, such as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, etc. Please visibly credit me if you do (not required for Commercial Tier 4).
• Profiting from the commissioned piece (merch, resale, redistribution) is not allowed unless you pay the commercial price.
• Claiming the work as your own will result in a block and public blacklist.
• Use of the work in a way that is only permissible in higher tiers from the one you paid for is not allowed (eg, purchasing personal use rights with the intent to sell it as a print, which is permitted only with partial-full copyright.
• Under no circumstances do I allow my work to be used or turned into a NFT (Non-fungible Token) or to be used for AI.

Final

• I retain the right to post the finished work on my SNS accounts (Twitter and Instagram)
• Whether I can stream the process or post WIPs is your decision. This does not impose an extra fee as long as I can share the finished product.
• If you do not wish for me to share the work at all, an NDA fee of $20-50 depending on commission type is required.
• I retain basic copyrights to the commissioned artwork.
• After you have paid for the work, I will not profit from it further. I may use your piece as a sample for my commission site (if no NDA).
